Following events are celebrated in the
Kartika Masam at Chinmaya Saraswati Temple. There will be Shiva Abhishekam on every Monday at 7 PM. Kartika Purnima is celebrated on Wednesday
the 5th November at 7 PM. Sponsorship for this event is $21. The Karthika Masam is the month in which the full Moon day (Purnima) occurs in the Krittika star. This day is considered as one of the most auspicious days as devotees worship Goddess Laxmi and Lord Vishnu. People observe Satyanarayana Vrat on this day and perform Satyanarayana Katha. Rudrabhishek is considered auspicious on this day. Any auspicious ceremony performed on this day is considered to be equivalent to 10 Yajnas. Please join us to perform Satynarayana Vrat led by Priest Venkata Ramana Rampa on Wednesday Nov 5th at 7 PM.
